The biggest problem with ordinary veil is that it cannot solve the detachment of the film. Because the entire production process is carried out at high temperatures (220 degrees inside the roller press), this gives the PVC film high light resistance and fire resistance, ensuring the high quality of the PVC film. Of course, the requirements for production machines are very high. Usually the production cost for a production line is about 39 million marks, equivalent to about RMB 160 million yuan. But on the other hand, the production process of PVC film is quite simple, and the output of the machine is also very large. Therefore, in a comprehensive view, PVC is actually a product with low input and high output.
